This slower, more relaxed paced class involves synchronizing the breath with movement, moderate stretching, as well as periods of relaxation. Modifications for basic postures and balance poses are offered, but students are encouraged to practice at the level best suited to their ability, knowledge, and comfort. Unwind and Relax, easing your mind and body into a restful evening.
