Join us for a 60 minute class, Yoga relaxation and movement are some of best ways to strengthen your body and help an aching body heal. In this class you will learn poses for strengthening the back and core muscles, gentle stretches to free the spine, and relaxation to encourage muscles to release and relax. Modifications for basic postures and balance poses are offered, but students are encouraged to practice at the level best suited to their ability, knowledge, and comfort.
